Enquiries
The contact and donation forms ask for your name, email address and message. These details help Jansie understand and respond to your enquiry. Please avoid including financial account details, identity documents or other sensitive information.
How your message is sent
The website normally prepares an email draft for you to review and send using your own email application. Details are only sent when you send that email. If Jansie connects a contact service, the form will instead show “Send enquiry” and transmit the details to that service when you submit.
Payments
This website does not collect card details or process payments. If an official donation checkout is linked, it opens the payment provider's website. Review the provider's privacy information before using it.
Browser information
The website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Your hosting provider may maintain ordinary security and access logs. Form drafts remain in the open page and are cleared when it is closed or refreshed.
